Anbieter von Sprach-Flatrates für Telefonie aus dem herkömmlichen Telefonnetz, Mobilfunk und VoIP-Anbieter sowie über Kabelmodem
Die folgende Übersicht fasst alle Flatrates für Telefonie über Festnetz (analog oder ISDN), Kabelmodems, Mobiltechnologien oder VoIP zusammen. Dabei wurden auch Pseudo-Flatrates berücksichtigt, d.h. Anbieter mit Mindestumsätzen im Monat, die jedoch kostenfreie Ziele anbieten. Es ist bei vielen Flatrates zu berücksichtigen, daß es u.U. eine „Fair-Use Policy“ gibt, die eine exzessive Nutzung nicht gestattet, wobei die Definition von „exzessiv“ zwischen Providern unterschiedlich ist.
